The H8Innovate platform is a bespoke cloud-based system with machine learning capability designed and developed to manage the assessment and tracking of Tier 1, 2 and 3 level metrics. This work with the Department for the Economy identified programmes and policy level indicators relevant to the 10X Economic Vision on an ongoing and real-time basis.

The Department needed a way to track and measure progress against the 10X Economic Vision—a long-term strategy for Northern Ireland's economy. Traditional approaches to policy monitoring were manual, time-consuming, and made it difficult to identify correlations between different indicators.

We developed an analytics platform that aligns programme and policy level indicators with the top-level 10X indicators, providing real-time visibility into economic progress.
