Helix8 was selected as a key supplier for this Digital Transformation Fund project, delivering a comprehensive software solution that connects industrial tablets with cloud-based management systems. The platform enables real-time device monitoring, automated health checks, and multi-organisation support.
Challenge
The client needed a way to manage hundreds of smart home devices deployed across multiple customer sites. Without centralised visibility, support teams had no way to proactively identify issues or manage firmware updates efficiently. The existing approach relied on customer-reported problems, resulting in delayed responses and increased support costs.
Solution
We delivered a two-part solution: a custom tablet application for on-site device control, and a cloud platform for centralised fleet management.

Cloud Management Platform
